Our Story

Nicholas Hall began in the most unlikely of offices: a London phone box along the Westferry Road in East London. What started as a modest operation has grown into a trusted firm of accountants and business advisers, supporting clients nationwide.

While much has changed over the last four decades, our mission has always remained the same: to provide accountancy services that are personal, transparent, and built on trust.

Meet the Team

  • Zack Jima-otero, Director at Nicholas Hall Accounting

    Zack Jima-otero

    – Director (FMAAT, BFP)

    I began my career in accountancy in 2012 in Southampton before moving to London in 2015, where I played a key role in transforming a start-up accountancy practice into a well-established and recognised independent firm. I joined Nicholas Hall in 2019 as a Client Manager and have worked my way up to Managing Director. I recently completed the 2025 Manchester and New Forest marathons and I’m also a massive football fan.

  • Peter Andrews, Client Services at Nicholas Hall Accounting

    Peter Andrews

    – Client Services (MAAT, BFP)

    I have been working in finance since October 2017 and joined Nicholas Hall in May 2019. I became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) in July 2022 and am currently working towards my ACA qualification. Day to day I am involved in a wide range of services, including accounts preparation, payroll, corporation tax, CIS, VAT, and personal tax. In my spare time, I enjoy watching films and reading science-fiction.

  • Chelsea Brojmohun, Client Services at Nicholas Hall Accounting

    Chelsea Brojmohun

    – Client Services (BSc Hons)

    After graduating with a 2:1 in Economics and Accounting in 2022, I joined Nicholas Hall. In this role, I support the preparation and filing of Financial Statements, submit Tax Returns and VAT Returns to HMRC, update the Companies House register for our clients and bookkeeping specialising in Xero. When I’m not working, you can find me travelling the world and exploring new cultures.

  • Dilsah Kerimoglu, Client Services at Nicholas Hall Accounting

    Dilsah Kerimoglu

    – Client Services 

    I’ve been working in accountancy practice since 2020 and am currently completing the final exams of my AAT qualification. In my current role, I prepare VAT returns, company accounts and individual self-assessments, manage payroll for clients, and assist with bookkeeping and client queries. Outside of work, I love travelling, exploring new places (especially when food is involved!), and spending time with friends and family. I’m also bilingual, fluent in both English and Turkish.

    I’ve worked across the charity, education, editorial and marketing sectors which has given me a broad perspective and adaptable skill set. Highly organised and process-driven, I enjoy creating efficiency through strong systems and procedures. I'm collaborative, team-focused, and committed to helping others achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and going to the gym.

    I founded Nicholas Hall in 1983 and have led the firm for over 40 years. Throughout that time, I’ve remained committed to providing tailored accountancy services built on trust, clarity, and strong client relationships. My focus has always been on delivering a bespoke service with integrity and attention to detail—values that continue to shape the direction of the firm today.

    As co-founder of Nicholas Hall, I’ve played a key role in shaping the business since its early days, managing the operational side of the business. My expertise lies in tax, particularly tax compliance and managing client tax portfolios, where I bring a detailed and practical approach to every client relationship.
